Everything I write in this blog are stories from my daily life, and I do it because I like writing and I would like to share my stories to everyone who reads it. It is also a media for me to practice writing in English. Although sometimes I still write in Bahasa Indonesia. At first, the title of this blog is “Big, Fat, and Lunatic”, the title was chosen because it can describe a little bit about me, physically and psychologically. Yeah, just to remind people that me, Karin, is not having a supermodel body, a.k.a alittle bit big and fat, beside sometimes my attitude worries people and makes people think that I might be crazy (lol). That’s why I thought “Big, Fat, and Lunatic” is a good name for this blog. But one day my dad saw this blog and he said angrily “why did you give that title for your blog? You know every name is a prayer. Are you praying to be lunatic?!”. Apparently my dad believes I’m totally sane.
But then I reconsidered his words, well I don’t want to be real lunatic and then disturb world peace, then I changed “Big, Fat, and Lunatic” into “Karin in Wonderland”. Why so? Well, simple. This earth where we live on is having so many wonderful things, just like wonderland, where I, a really tiny thing, stay for life and look for happiness and hope that I can reach it. And this earth of Allah is also a place where everything new is created everyday. And it always makes me wondered. Then it’s official now, the title of this blog: Karin in Wonderland.
Hehe, I know it’s complicated just to give a name to a blog. Yeah, a lot of people may think that it’s not really important. “What is in a name?”, so Shakespeare said. But I believe in my dad, every name is a prayer. Then my prayer for this blog is, I hope there always be wonderful things and miracle everyday… 
Hm, some people might find there’s nothing special in this blog, what’s written in it also not extraordinary. But I still hope whatever I write will give “something” to everybody who reads it. Thanks for stopping by!!
